Humberside Fire & Rescue Station - Beverley

Ceramic Tile Merchants have recently completed a commercial project at Beverley Fire Station which involved completely replacing the floor area in one bay of the Fire Station where the Fire Engines are housed.

The product used was a technical porcelain, 'Meteor' manufactured by Grespania, 15mm in thickness & designed for use in high traffic public areas, both interior & exterior. 

The Meteor series is an unglazed porcelain, coloured throughout its body & completely vitrified.This means that any abrasion suffered by the surface simply reveals a 'new' surface identical to the initial one, endowing it with unbeatable durability.

The clients were very satisfied with the end result as the completed floor is smart, durable & fit for the purpose of taking the weight of a 12 tonne Fire Engine. "Once again thank you for your assistance in this matter over the last few weeks, it has been much appreciated."
