Local Deliveries (Within 20 miles of Beverley)

We’re happy to deliver locally any orders over the value of £500 Free of Charge. Just call us and we will arrange a suitable delivery date. 

Out of Area Deliveries (Kerbside Pallet Deliveries) *PLEASE READ CAREFULLY*

If you are not local to us we can still dispatch your order to anywhere in the UK within 3-5 working days.

When placing your order, a delivery charge is calculated based on the size of order and location.

This is usually calculated on a pallet basis.

Our pallet service offers delivery to the kerbside only. All standard tile orders require delivery via our pallet service. You will have the option to pick a delivery date when you reach the checkout.

Once a date has been agreed, you must ensure someone is available to accept/sign for the delivery and provide a contact number. If for any reason we cannot deliver such as due to lack of access or no-one to receive delivery at the address then a re-delivery charge may be applied.

This service is a KERBSIDE service only, couriers will not move pallets inside a property. Hazards or obstructions e.g. steps, lifts, uneven or gravel paths/driveways may necessitate the delivery being made to an alternative location nearest to the delivery vehicle.

Northern Ireland & Ireland

We cannot offer delivery to Northern Ireland and Ireland at this time.

It is the customers responsibility to arrange the return of tiles/materials including any transport costs to get the material back to us. This must be returned in no less than 14 Days from purchase and must be returned fully boxed in a saleable condition. Any damages on return will be deducted from the amount refunded.  Refunds will only be made for the goods only, any carriage charges on the original customer order are not refunded.

All our outgoing deliveries are meticulously packed and checked to ensure that you receive your order in perfect condition. However, tiles are fragile and occasionally some can be damaged in transit. Should this occur please let us know as soon as possible and within 48 hours of delivery and we will despatch replacements to you ASAP, minimising any potential delay to your project.

Any quotation supplied by Ceramic Tile Merchants Ltd will not be binding until the order has been confirmed and accepted. Any quotation is valid for a period of 30 days only from its issue date. Ceramic Tile Merchants Ltd may reject to honour a quote which is only for part of the goods, such as a smaller quantity of materials.  In this case a revised quotation would be provided.  This includes any order that has been sold at a total price.
